Here’s A Natural Liver Cleansing Drink To Keep Your Liver Healthy

This juice made of carrot, apple, beet, and ginger is one of my favorite healthy juices because it is really tasty and rich in vitamins and nutrients.


Usually, I’m doing a liver flush once during the whole year but I’m using this fresh juice for rebooting my organism.

The cleaning of a liver can be done with ingredients like for example beets, lemon, carrots, ginger, leafy greens, and cucumber. This liver cleansing drink is very good for detoxifying your liver as well as for cleansing the bowel, regenerating the cells, and improving your blood.

Things that you need to prepare it:

  • 4 medium carrots, scrubbed
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 medium red beet
  • 1 English cucumber
  • 1 green apple, cored
  • 1 lemon, rind removed
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger root, plus more to taste
  • Pinch of Celtic sea salt.

How to make this juice:

All you have to do is put all of the ingredients in a juicer and consume it fresh. You can also strain it if you like.

The benefits you get from all of the ingredients:


Beet: this vegetable is rich in betaine which is good for flushing the liver and lowering the homocysteine levels. It is also lowering the danger for cardiovascular issues, and improving the mood and functioning of our brain.



Carrot: the carrots include carotenes and minerals, which is also good for lowering the level of cholesterol, improving the skin and treating some skin conditions and protecting the respiratory system from some infections.
